Lee Reichenberger - Oklahoma Business Operations Leader

A resident of Edmond, Oklahoma, Lee Reichenberger is an accomplished supply chain executive with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, and operations management. An alumnus of the University of Oklahoma, Lee Reichenberger started his career as a management trainee at Ceva Global Logistics before joining Conns as a distribution manager. He worked at Conns from 2008 to 2011.

After Conns, Lee Reichenberger joined Cargill as a supply chain manager. He managed the supply chain for South Central Region, including freight carriers and supply sourcing of over 500 materials. He also coordinated the logistics of both raw materials and finished products for six US locations. These early experiences laid a strong foundation in supply chain strategy and process improvement.

In 2013, Lee Reichenberger moved to American Precious Metals Exchange (APMEX.com) as director of operations. APMEX is one of the largest online precious metals retailers in the United States. He spent 11 years with the company, overseeing a complex network of receiving, quality assurance, fulfillment, logistics, risk management, and inventory control for more than 20,000 SKUs. His initiatives in carrier negotiation, KPI development, and process optimization consistently enhanced profitability and ensured the accurate, on-time delivery of over a million shipments to more than 50 countries annually.

Lee Reichenberger is certified in Lean Six Sigma. He brings analytical rigor, financial acumen, and a commitment to continuous improvement to his roles. His leadership drives efficiency and measurable results across supply chain operations.
